GOD EXPECTS YOU TO WIN This my sisters and brothers is power. Knowing God is on my side and expects me to win is a foundational truth. God expects us to win because "He" gave us "His" Image and likeness, and dominion over everything that breaths upon the earth, and "He" told us to use all the resources of the earth for the betterment of mankind as a service unto God. The revelation you have just read is found in the first chapter of the first book of the Bible. It is purposely in the front so mankind will know who created him, why was he created, and how to fulfill his Creator’s purpose for his earthly life. Let us examine the scriptures closely and see how we came at the conclusion God wants us to win. 1 Gen 26 says God told everything that existed He was creating mankind in His image and likeness and giving them dominion over the earth. This is mankind’s permission from his Creator to be in charge of earthly situations. I’m not talking about children taking responsibility for the misuse adults confer upon them. But, I am talking about mature people taking responsibility for their actions, and stop blaming others for their failures. Soon after God created mankind he told them to use all the resources for the improvement of mankind as a service unto Himself. This friend is why medical sciences have saved countless lives with medicine produced from resources upon this earth, also why we have put men in space from resources found on earth. Surprisingly when mankind makes a discovery, it’s something that has been on earth before mankind’s arrival. When mankind discovers how to use a resource he is doing exactly what God wants him to do. God expects mankind to discover all the resources and the power within the resources for the betterment of mankind, which is why He placed them here. Comparing the human body and mind to the animal body and mind we know God gave a divine part of Himself to mankind that the animal kingdom does not have. This divinity is the image and likeness of God which He gave to mankind at creation. It is realizing the image and likeness of God that causes us to win, and the failure to realize our image and likeness of God that causes failure in our lives. God cannot stop us from failing if we choose to fail, because a part of mankind’s dominion is the right to make his own decisions. Yet, he blames God for everything that goes wrong in his life. God never would have created mankind in His image if He expected them to fail. His image and likeness were to insure mankind’s dominion over earth, so in truth we are falling below God’s expectations, but God in His mercy expects us to win because He built in us the ability to win, through His image and likeness. God is over the finish line waiting for us to complete the race, and from His perspective we are equipped to finish victoriously. So there is no need to cry out to God for help, but rather start praising Him, and giving thanks today. God finished giving mankind and all creation whatever it needed to survive, this is why you see insects that have existed from the beginning. Most living creatures have changed forms to adjust to their surroundings because they follow their creative instincts tell them how to survive. Now if a bug can follow its creative instinct without praying to God to help it, then what is our problem? We were taught the wrong way. We were not taught our creative rights to be successful and help others be successful. We are presently waiting for God to help us out of a bad situation. But let me reconfirm that God is waiting for you to cross the finish line. Everything you need to win the race of life is supplied. It is up to us to take what we want out of life knowing that it is all a part of your inheritance so that you may help others. The angels were chosen at creation to give mankind heavenly intervention, when needed, to insure his safety while running the race. Angels are available every breath we take for they watch over us. In the Bible days there were no public broadcasting system and no tv, so the people had to rely more on their instincts and angels. Though there are many myths about angels, they do exist. They were given to mankind to guard the image and likeness of God in mankind. This is why many have experienced what we call miracles when they escaped death. These so-called miracles are the norm for most angels because we don’t know they exist for our benefit, and we don’t call on them until it is a life and death matter. Well God does not have to fall off His throne or worry when you get in trouble, for He knows the angels are there to take care of you. God could never have rested if mankind were incapable of being a winner, He would have to get up every morning and give mankind instructions and directions. But, God seeing the end before it comes built in man the ability to overcome any situation, this way God could stay in His rest. Remember if you decide to be a winner you will be following God’s expectations, but if you decide to be a failure it is your fault and not God’s.
